Did you know more children and teens drown in lakes, rivers, and oceans every year than in swimming pools. With so many water ways in our communities Snohomish Regional Fire & Rescue wants to teach kids how to be safe while they play this summer. Join Snohomish Regional Fire & Rescue for the inaugural Kids Water Safety Day Camp that teaches kids awareness and safety skills while they are on the water.
Thursday, August 8, 2019
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
10020 Lundeen Park Way, Lake Stevens, WA 98258
Camp is FREE and open to kids ages
During the day kids will rotate through 4 hands-on stations, both in the water and on the beach. Life jackets will be provided for each camper to wear during camp. Campers can wear their own life jackets if they have them. Campers will also need to pack a lunch as only a small snack will be provided.
